On Saturday, March 14th, the B.P.A.L. kids held a free car wash as a community service project. They washed about 15-20 cars in four hours. The kids, supervised by parents, Iris and Tony and teen leader,

Nikole Gregg, organized themselves into three teams.

TEAM #1. The sign holder and yelling at cars team...
TEAM #2. The wash, rinse and wet each other team...
TEAM #3. The drying and pizza eating team.

Business was brisk (with really dirty cars and trucks) as our "loud and energetic" sign holders flagged drivers down! The B.P.A.L. kids washed anything that drove in to the Nicolet Middle School parking lot, including a Banning Police patrol car, a Stagecoach tow truck, and Chief Purvis' stealth car.
